Haphazard painting carried out by Nerolac Home Stylers

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. R.V. Joshi, have given my house for painting purpose to the nerolac home stylers, they agreed to paint the complete house within 15 days but already 25 days have passed and still the work is not complete. The painting work carried out is very shabby. Clear marks of Putty can be easily seen on the walls even though 5 coats of the paint have been applied. The Contractor is reluctant to agree upon the problem. Moreover, i think the workers are unskilled. I have complained many times but no action is taken yet. I am staying presently in a rented house as painting is carried out in my house. Now who will pay the excess rent due to the mistakes of the contractor. Hope the problem solves as early as possible.

IF ANY SERIOUS ACTION IS NOT TAKEN WITHIN 2 DAYS I WILL HAVE TO APPROACH THE CONSUMER COURT AS WELL AS THE MEDIA.
