No clealiness and on informing not helping to clean the same

Dear Sir,

I was travelling from Ahmedabad to Mumbai in First Class a/c compartment, due to heavy rain there was leakage of rain water in my cabin.

I informed the same to the officer on duty Dy. S.M. he did not give any reponse nor has he taken care to solve the problem neither bothered of what is happening.

Passenger should expect such a kind of treatment and behavior from such a responsible officer.

I take it very seriously and I am awaiting for your guidance and reply so that I can take up the matter to the responsible authority.

The TT in charge Mr. Amarnath Kardam was quite cordial and tried to help us at his best but without the support of the duty officer he could not do anything.

Awaiting for your reply and the action the dept. is taking against such gentle man.
