UNABLE TO RESOLVE FTP ISSUE

I buy a domain & hosting (ASKSUBRAT.COM) from Net4.in on 19/5/08 & even till today (26/05/08) i'm not able to use the same. as ftp is not working . i have called them at least 20 times but result is remain same.
