Email packages not being activated

I purchased a mail pack consisting of 5 email ids and after 2 months purchased another 25 emails ids in a different pack. Though both these packs do not work together for the same domain, the website allowed me to purchase and accepted the payment over the net. After repeated enquiries, i got to know the actual reason why the additional emails were not working. I asked them to cancel and refund which they agreed, but it has been over a month now and i have not received any refund. I purchased an additional email pack similar to the one earlier which was working. Since that day, my earlier email ids have become erratic and do not function properly. The newly purchased pack is not working at all. It has been over a month since i have been trying to get this problem resolved. I have written to senior people in the organization, but there has been no response. Please help me get this resolved and get my money back with the appropriate compensation.
