PAthetic service and online shopping experience fraud

I booked a domain thru Net4.in, the online shopping site from Net4India. I have tried paying using my three different cards (Visa / Master) from Citibank / HSBC / ICICI at lease 7 times using different gateways but still the order status shows pending. When tried to obtain online help (they claim to have an online help 24 hrs), could not connect to person. Then called landline number, spoke to tech team. They balmed the Sales team. Then I called sales team, they blamed the bank. When checked with bank, they clearly put all onus on the Net4 India.
I cancelled the order, and within minutes could complete shopping at a different site using same card and same banking gateway.
When tried to escalate, there is no number or email given for any senior executive of the company. Seems they know their Misdeeds and hence dont want to face customers.
Overall - it is a very frustrating and pathetic company, pls BWARE of this: NET4India or Net4.in
