Unwanted hawkers and commercial practiced on elevated sidewalks

This complaint is to draw the attention of authorities towards the illegal business practices being carried out on pavements, elevated sidewalks which are solely meant for pedestrians for comfort and to avoid accidents and hence ensure safety on roads! But the safety is not there as these pavements/elevated sidewalks are captured by the downmarket hawkers, carpenters, food joint etc which blocks the way and the daily office goers, commuters have to face huge problem. As by the unlimited increasing population in Delhi, it has become so difficult to even breathe. I myself had a narrow escape of accident while walking on the elevated pavement from Netaji Shubhash place commercial complex which lead to metro station. Few carpenters were had captured the pavement for their work and hence they refused to get aside and as a result i fell down and had some injuries. This is pathetic and disgusting! These idiotic hawkers and other people using the public facilities inappropriately should be fined, taken to jail and should be taught a lesson! Today it has happened with me, It might happen with and other dignified personality! Today what I am feeling will be felt by some1 else as well!

I kindly request to take strict action on this matter! SO that Delhiites can be always proud on their city!
