NetBanking
NON secure netbanking

Hi,

Amount 50K has been debited from my account through netbanking. Their 24X7 support is very poor, Noone reply my emails. I have written several emails to them and tried to contact through Phone banking. Very bad experience with Axis Bank. I am using HDFC and ICICI netbanking since last 7 year and their services are superb and very secure.

I don't know when will they credit the amount in to my account.
