Equest for net banking

Dear sir,

I have an account in SBI.I requested SBI Manager in wnaparthy SBI branch, Mahaboobnagar dist, Andhrapradesh, India for netbanking ID and given a written request form for the same but they are delaying to give netbanking ID.They are not giving correct information on the same. Many of the SBI account holders are requesting for the same.

The staff in wanaparthy bracnh not aware of the netbanking ID.

Could you please do the needful to me.
