Net banking with SBI
Activation of net banking

I had not logged on to my net banking for some time. Hence when I could not log in as there appeared 'invalid username or password'. So i requested for a new username & password. Though I received password, I did not get username nand hence I am not able to log in. When I want to register this problem it is not showing my branch in the branch list. ultimately i am registering this complaint.

Dear friends, I have experienced better net banking facilities with other banks.

Will SBI look into customer's problems?
