I want to ask why upload-doownload is on when no any browser in on.

This is 6 mb per hour

72 mb in twelve hour

720 mb in 10 days (if twelve hour daily connected)

2160 mb or 2 gb in 30 days (if twelve hour daily connected)

This is wrong and I was charged for 2 gb extra beyond 10 gb @ 2/- per mb Rs. 4400.00

I keep my self connect for whole day due to no connectivity and fluctation of signal and I have to wait for signals.
