My Credit Card had been hacked from Bangalore

Hello Sir/Madam,

Please help me out.

I “Irshadullah”, informing you that My ICICI credit card had been hacked from Bangalore on 5th of April and on the same day when I got the SMS alert on my mobile; and I had blocked my credit card by calling the ICICI bank and given a Dispute complain to the bank. After few months ICICI bank said this dispute complain goes to bank's favour and calling me regularly for the payment and harassing me via collection agents.

I have just came to know that ICICI bank has sent my name to CIBIL without informing me as I am not a Defaulter and also I have informed this to several times since last 1 Year, that this amount was not used by me then how they can send my name.

I have also informed that I have complained about this to ICICI bank several times since last 1 year and waiting for the result, but still they have sent my name without any proof/information.

I am a genuine customer of ICICI bank and also ABN Amro, City Bank and SBI Bank, so you can check my details from any of the bank or RBI. I have never been a defaulter and not delay any of the payment for any of the bank when I have used the amount.

Please provide me the solution for this if you can as I am not a defaulter?
