My WebMaster or Website maker is also stoping my wibsite by puting virus or other tech problems

This is Just to bring to your notice that i am an ordinary person with a small business of car rental i have cars which i have taken on loan. There is a person named Sahu sales person of Netgurusolutions who told me that once i make a website from them i will get more business and my website will be on first page, so i trustem him and made the website for Rs11000, then after my website was made it dint show on google i asked Mr Himansu Bala or Mr Pranav (owner of Netgurusolutions) why my website is not showing on google he said that now you will have to do CEO which will cost me Rs 30, 000 and Rs 4000 per month, i was really shocked because this thing neither Mr Sahu or Mr Pranav told me and then i dint get any result and now and then the site is also not working costantly i think they are playing with the site and even now the website dosent show on google it says if you see this site it may harm your computer...

I am a ordinary person with lots of Bank loan on me and my vechiles..i do not have any knowledge of computers and when ever i call them they say we have dont the need ful and nothing is happning.

I request to all such website making companies to inform all the customers well in advance about the expenses and do not keep any thing in secret and if they do not get expected money form them do not harm the website by putting viru
