Non delivery of product won PSP 3004 Play Station Mumbai

Hello Snap60 team,

This is in reference to the bid which i have won PSP® 3004 Play Station on 10-08 11:24:01 and have paid total amount of Rs. 591/- (including delivery charges) on that very day.

From that day i have been constantly sending proper communication and calling you regarding the dispatch of the product but still i havent received any kind of update on the same from you.

As per the conditions the product has to be dispatched within 15 days to the winner. But as of today is 24th day and still there is no update on the dispatch nor any mail received from your end.
