Not able to get the Website

Dear NetPride Team,

I am M.RANI my ID No. Great 279 . I got the CD in the last month but i am not able to get the website still now. Nobody was helping me either you will lift the Phone Nor you will not send any massage to me. I am very poor because of that i have sellected to earn more money as a part time. Please help me from this. You please tell me how to do this or Please pay back my money. Thanking you.By God's Grace please do the needfull.
