There is no free website and ppc form along with kit

Dear sir on jan-09 i paid rupees 1250.00 for netpride kit. i recieved a CD from them, but in CD there is no free website and nothing about ppc form as they declared in there website and the mail to me. guidence is the far away matter they are not replying me anymore .they told me this...
