this is dilip jha from bhilai i made a call to take a new idea connection on 25th july to idea corporate office bhilai chhattishgarh and a person whoes name was mr ramesh comes in my residance and sell me a net setter worth Rs 1900/- but signal stregth shows 0% but he told me that there is some server problem on today it shows 90% signal strenth but after that day it never shows more than 0% it never open any web page and also i told him that please start my connection on 1st august but my connection start on 27th july after all these things i again call the person mr ramesh who comes from corporate office bhilai than he told me its no problem i will return your amount what you pay for net setter and collect net setter from your residance but after that day he never receive my phone calls... then i made a complain to grievance.mp@idea.adityabirla.com on 12th august and he call me on 13th august and assure me that he talked to the responsible who sell me this idea netsetter and he will return your money but after few days and this is 6th september nobody comes to meet me than i again make a call to the person who sell me ideanetsetter that what about refund of money against netsetter so he told me that i will not refund your money and if you can do anything against me then show me...

so i understand the company song for sales advetisement and it is applied here that... what an idea sir ji...
