Dear Sir,

My friend Mr. N.S.A Babu is using Airtel perpaid life time schem 99Rs. He paid Rs.99 for 15 month. But still life time is not activated. If there is no balance he is not able to recive the call. He made a complint and they told It will get resolved after 3days. But he applied a load for his bussiness and he given this no to bank. So for urgent requirment he tried to put onceagain Rs.99. But that is also was not happend. again he made a complin. Still the poor person waiting for the call from Airtel . so he dont want to put new sim card in his mobile for that he purchesed a new mobile with diffrent sim card. Please help hime on urgent basis. His life is depend on his loan only. Thanks for your kind co operation.
