One of my family member worked in this company Netvision Cybertech private limited in chennai, for more than a year from and all of a sudden this company was closed and they did not pay any Provident Fund and did not provide any PF number, This company was located in the following address and now not in that address anymore. their website address is not working anymore too. I was a BPO

And we have all the documents from that company like offer letter, pay slip etc, but PF number is not mentioned anywhere.
