C 44 reg poor customer care

I ponraj. I got a message that if you recharge for rc44 you will be charged re 1/ min to u.s.a and cannada. i recharged. my transaction id of rc 44 is 1595371348. but when i called to u.s.a i found that the charging was asusual. i called customer care . i got vexed.the transfer of call to executive was poor.they told me that they take it as a complaint and will give the nuber regarding the complaint to me within minutes . but after 24 hrs too they didn't send... i hope the network become worst. since i'm using airtel for 4 yrs, the recent activty of network makes me to worry.my no is 9952642747
