New 2nd Generation 2 GB MP3 Player
Defective

I purchased this so called New 2nd Generation 2 GB MP3 Player from shopping.rediff.com, the order id is 5624182, neither the headphones nor the mp3 player works properly, i can listen only on the left piece in the headphone and the mp3 player plays only 5 songs, it wont play the next comming songs whatsoever, i've also contacted the rediff customer care in this regard but no response from them, please help me out
