New Building
Delay in possession of flat

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a residential flat at Knadivali (West) and agreement for sale made on 9/4/08 ..

Builder has agreed to give posssesion of flat to me on 31/12/08 and it is recorded in Agreement.

Now after 4 months delay buiding is not ready, Construction of Building is stopped and NO activities are going on.

When we contacted Builder first time in the month of January Builder assured us to give possession in the month of March & Now he says in the month of August.

Since we are staying in rented house @ Rs.12, 000/per month and paying approximately Rs.18, 000/= intersted to loan provider (HDFC Bank). We are facing heavy financial losses.

Please advise whether we can ask Rent from Builder or guide us to deal with customer to avoid further loss.
