New connection at my LL 0744-2362254
Net not connecting & broad band ph.2488520&2488500 not responding any satisfactory reply

We applied for new broad band connection at our LL 2362254 at KOTA (Raj).on dated 29.11.08.

Modam & reqd. cables were connected by Sh. Pradeep (9461515451) nicily behaved.

We recd. Ph from exchange that now NET may be operated on 1.12.08 & accordingly we requested Sh. Pradeep (9461515451) who tried but could not connect.

Again on 3.12.08 & 8.12.08 Sh. Pradeep (9461515451) tried but could not. Sh. Pradeep (9461515451) is definitely well behaved & responding every time.

But seems there is some problem with BSNL-broad band.

We request kindly make ensure that we are not charged till our NET connection starts working. No matter whatever time it takes, Because as usual we are taking our work done Through other availanle shops in market.
