I applied for 11 Killo watt connection on 22-12. My customer id no is 0809607477.

There is no dues of NDPL on the below given adress. But your department is not creating the demand letter. Due to delay in the procedure I am not getting the new connection of electricity.

You are requested to take the immidiate action with the concern section and issue me the demand letter as early as possible.
