New connection
Not Activated

I Sk Wasim Akram send a 1st mail to nadal officer & 2nd mail to Appellate officer but against this complain no action has been taken till date.

Therefore i am launcing this complain over here with attachment of mail copy below.

I Sk Wasim Akram Send a mail to nodal officer regarding activation of connection no. 9230001000 on (23/04) & i asked them to provide me the detail for delay in process

of Activation. & also i request them to activate yesterday (23/04) or refund my balance if they can't activate by 23/04 because it’s too late.

So, today is 24/04 still it is not activate & i didn't receive any mail from there side except one phone call from Hyderabad in which they said me we will mail you

Today (23/04) with detail. But yet i didn't receive any mail from there side why?

Are this is Tata Telecom/Tata Indicom Nodal Officer Service toward Customer.

I never expect this service from Tata Telecom/Tata Indicom.

So, i am mailing to you & i hope you will make some solution on this complain.

Therefore i am sending this mail to you & please provide me what is the reason for not activation.

And i request you to activate my Tata connection no. 9230001000 today because it is urgent. & also

I would like to inform you if it will not be activate within today then i request you please refund my Rs.17565.00 & deactivated my other two connections which is

Running in my name.
