New Connection of Air tel
Very bad service in New Connection/ Falls Commitment

Dear,

My Name is Prakash Mandal, I have applied for new Air tel Post paid connection. They have given me Mobile no. i.e. 9934315411 on 10th Oct'08 and assured me that the same no. will be activated within 12hrs time.

But all are falls commitment. Till now my mobile no. not activated nor respective person i.e. Mr. Manish, Mo. No.-9934049366, Mr. Mahendra Jha, Mo. no. 9934049535 responding.

I have called them lot of time but they are not bothering about customer problems.

Pls help me.
