New construction

Hi, I am a resident of Raghavendre Environ, G H V R Layout, 3rd Main, Kundalahalli. There is a new construction going on opposite to our environment and the vehicles carrying the construction material, workers are causing a problem by blocking the narrow lane. On enquiring they are very rude to us as well. All the residents are having problem in walking and taking the vehicles out. Is there any authority or Municipality who can help us out. Our houses are also getting covered with the dust caused by the construction. Initially we were quite trying to be adjusting and accommodating. But now they are taking us for granted and also speaking rudely. I am also worried about the women moving out of the houses. The new construction builing is not covered with the boundaries of plastic cover or sheets to avoid the dust spreading to the neighbourhood. Can someone please help
