I applied for new DSL connection on 30th March (1576274) for my home Sector 49 Gurgaon, HARYANA), the salesman promised getting it working in two days.

However the maximum time for installation as specified in term and conditions is a week.

Almost 15 days have passed and i have neither received any updates from Airtel nor the sales contact person Mr Tirpathi is picking up the phone.
