Slowness of internet while opening internet sites takes 10-15 minutes to open internet sites

Dear Sir /Madam,

I have installed net connection of your most reputed broad band connection hoping that it has good and fastest networking service... but it is almost vice-versa of mentioned scenario.

As i have taken connection under the plan of (New-Easy way- 6m) speed 128kbs by depositing the amount of Rs 3034 subscription for six months..as i facing severe slowness during surficng as it takes

10to 15 minutes to open any internet sites.

Kindly look upon the same & confimred it immediately or else i have to withdraw my net services & relation with you
