I had given Rs. 6000/- on 1-04-09 cash to Mr. Ankush Ghere for booking new gas connection (with 2 cylinder) for me. He is well known person of that agency. I trust that man and gave Rs. 6000/- to him because my father-in-law knew that man very well.

Now the thing is my father-in-law collect all the documents from him and i come to knew with the receipt what i have is, Ankush book only 1 cylender and paid Rs. 1400/- to the agency.

Now when ever i called that guy he either switched off the cell or not answering my calls. Tell me what can i do and i want my remaining amount i.e 4600/- or gas connection with 2 cylinder back.
