Denying New Gas connection

Sir

I Yogesh Sharma working in Reliance power ltd. wish to get a new domestic connection . i visited Bharart Gas agency, Keruganj, Bareilly road, Shahajahanpur -Uttar Pradesh many times but every time i was denied connection on vague reasons. sir i wish to know the exact process of new connection. does an affidavit is require for connection? and why m i denied connection every time however i am having all require documents as mentions in website of Bharat gas company (BPCL).

requet u kindly see the matter and do needful for sake of persons who come from other places.
