PF claim of account number DL-17008-2324/3405

Dear Concerns,

I was the employee of Newgen Software Technologies Ltd. I resigned from there by 28/dec. After few months i applied from PF withdraw and send all the essential papers to Delhi PF office. After few days all the papers were returned to me with the comments that photo copy of Bank PassBook is required for address verification. In response to the same i sent my cross cheque on which address of Bank Branch was mentioned. I resent the same almost 6months ago but till now i have not received any acknowledgement from there. I have also tried to contact them via mail. I sent mail on ro.delhi.north@epfindia.gov.in but from there also i have not recevied any response.

I am worried about the same and very disappointed after looking at Govt. carelessness.

Request you to do the needful via this forum.
