NON PAYMENT OF FINAL DUES AND ONE MONTHS PAY

Dear Sir,

I was working for a company called New Horizon India Limited, NOIDA for approx 6 months. Due to certain personal reasons, I left the job. I gave the Company one months notice as was required as per the terms of employment. I gave them notice on 11 Nov and left the job on 12 Dec. However despite a number of reminders, e mails and telephones, my final dues which also include pay for Nov has not been paid. Now the Company CEO and accounts department have stopped taking my calls. May I request you as to what should be my next course of action.
