Non receipt of claim amount MA-ID 50079 7277

I had submitted all original reports in person on 03/09/09 at Medi assist india chennai office and have been following with them as well as new india but till date have not recd the cheque. Every time a new story is told in case they pick up the phone, generally it does not happen. Out of my six mails sent to them till date reply recieved for only one. As per the last converation with their manager Mr Suresh on 15/10/09 I was supposed to receive the cheque latest by 21/10/09.
