Dear Sir/Madam,

I was employed with New India Cooperative Bank Ltd and have left the organisation. I am given to understand through my sources that my employers have not remitted the PF amount after 31/03.My PF No is MH/20345/478.

I would like to know upto what date the PF contribution has been remitted by my employers and the present amount to my credit.
