New Jeevan Akshaya
Non receipt of Pol. certificate

Pol no.391458955 New jeevan akshaya pension plan. Ref. JD/JA Cell P&G/KT Lot 94. I have subscribed to this policy through Shertallay branch, Kottayam division, Kerala. So far I haven't received the ORIGNAL POLICY CERTIFICATE. But Iam getting annuity cheque regularly from Zonal office Chennai. Eventhough reminders were sent, received no reply. Kindly look into the matter and send me the pol.certificate.
