Non-receipt of pension in the New Jeevan Dhara Plan

Reference:

(1) Annuity Policy No and Date of commencement: (a) 113237280 and (b) 113237281. Both dated 24.12.2001.

Date of vesting of Annuity: 01.01.2007.

Mode of payment: 1-ST - MLY

Dear Madam/Sir,

Kindly note that my monthly pension amount with refernce to (a) above of Rs.2256.00 and with reference to (b) above of Rs. 2256.00 have been received last on 01.12.2007.

Thereafter, no pension amount has been credited in my SBI A/c No. 10432557477, where payment is received through ECS.

I have not received any communication in this regard.

KIndly do the needful immediately so that the amount due is cleared and the pension is credited regularly as in the past.
