Pathetic service - Fraudulent agency

This agency charged us Rs7000/- as contract fee & provided a maid whose salary was Rs3500/- pm. after 2 months the maid said that she wanted to visity her hometown & this was told to the agency people long ago - hence she must go... I checked with the agency & they assured me that they shall provide me a replacement straight away... after much chasing & 4 days later I did get a replacement. Now this maid was told that she was supposed to work for a huge bungalow & they have different servants for diff work - so she came in with high expectations - I cleared it off as soon as she stepped into our house - she agreed to work for 2 weeks & then we started getting calls from her husband asking her to return or else he would take her away. & now 5 days have passed - the real problem is that when u try to chase up with the agency people - nobody answers your call - then they finally say that they do not have money to refund us nor they can provide a maid!!!
