Abnormally high Price & Supply of Duplicate Product

Norma D.N.D Brand Vericose Compression Stockings 2 Pairs were bought from Mr Kamal Shrivastava of M/s New Life Artificial Limbs Centre, Address: Shop: Rajat Sankul, Opp. S.T Bus Stand, Shop No 145, Nagpur. Address: Resi: Plot No 247, Jawahar Nagar, Gali No. 2, Manewada Road, Nagpur Ph: 9371878015, who initially quoted us Rs 5000/- Per pair for the stockings and then later on after finding out from the principal company based at delhi, it was revealed that the price was Rs 1800/- Per pair and not Rs 5000/- as quoted by Mr Shrivastava. Eventually on telling him the same and negotiating, he agreed on supplying at Rs - Per pair and 2 pairs were delivered to us by him. Later on, we wanted some additional attachment to be fitted to the stockings, known as silicon gripper. And for the same, we sent the stockings directly to the company at delhi by courier for the same but they informed that the product was a duplicate product with label of Norma brand and was not made by them. After that, we tried to contact Mr Shrivastava but he has stopped receiving our calls. Also, the manager of the Norma company, was surprised and wanted to send him a legal notice for selling their brand, duplicate product.

Hence, we request you to kindly ask Mr Shrivastav to return our money i.e., Rs 4000/- towards two pair of stockings & compensation towards mental harassment & deep inconvenience & pain suffered by my Mother due to not being able to use the stockings.
