Is disconnected after two days

Dear sir,

I have complained via mail two times.

My mobile no 9999330052 is not getting activated after giving several mails.

I have submitted following photocopies duely signed

Driving licence

PAN card

Election Photo ID

Company letter head with address certification

I have taken the sim from greater noida Gama I, market.

I don't know when it will be activated the phone is taken on 11/11.

Please clearify and activate the sim on priority basis.
