I have called a number of times at Reliance Dhanbad for collecting the advance amount for booking of a RITZ VXi but no one is bothered. I have called about 7 times but no responce. Maruti Suzuki dosen't need any more customers, IS THIS THE MESSAGE BEEN SPREAD, OR IT IS SHEER NEGLIGENCE. I have been calling from last August, I am a physically challenged person or else I could have travelled to Dhanbad.

There is no responce for my request of Test Drive also!
