Hello All,

I have purchased (Order No.4585333) 'New O2 Jet Business Mobile Phone' via Rediff Shopping on 06/05.Today, I have received it. When I opened the packing. I found a box having seal already opened. In that I found only an O2 Handset & a Charger of International Standard. All other things [Wired Headset, Mains charger, Deskstand, USB cable

Userguide ¿ supplied by O2 (contains Warranty card), CD Dust case ¿ supplied by Dextra Car charger ¿ supplied by Dextra Active guide] found missing in it. When I tried to contact the vendor, I found him very rude, arrogant & non-cooperative.

I also tried to find out the Rediff customer care contact no. But, I didn't find it on their site. Finally I submitted my query to them via online. But, didn't receive any reply yet. I strongly consider this as a cheatng case. I need a replacement.

Kindly let me know about any other way to get in touch with the Rediff guys.
