New Passport applied on 7.2.2008 and the recent police verification completed on 2.10.2008 but passport not issued till date

I applied for a new passport on 7.2.2008 and the police verification was completed on 22.6.2008 and recently again on 2.10.2008 but passport not issued till date. The details are as under;-

File no. A011794

Police verification completed on 22.6.2008 (1st time)

Second police verification completed on 2.10.2008

Website of RPO states;Police report not received as ondate too.
