Non delivery of Household materials

Dear Sir,

I have booked my household materials in New Pindi Roadways (a Movers & Packers agency) having registered Head office at Gujrathi Brahm Samaj Building, Gandhibagh, Nagpur-440 002 on 19/03 from Nagpur to Berhampur (Orissa) bearing consignment Note, No- 2734, Dtd 19/03/09. The agency committed to me to delivery it to Berhampur on 25th of Mar-09 positively. But when the material not reached on that day I asked him and on reply he told it will reach on 28/03/09. But also the material not reached and when I did try to contact he did not reply my phone. On April 06 i had sent my friend to his office and my friend find that all my materials booked still not dispatched from nagpur and same lying in his office. On that day he committed it will dispatch today on 06/04. and reached at Berhampur on 10th of April. But till today it has not reached and today on 20/04 my friend found my materilals in his office.

Your proper guidance to me and positive initiative towards the matter will be highly appreciated.
