Got cheated by New Pramod Electronics, 3-3-6, M.Rajeshwara Chambers, R.P Road, Secunderabad showroom

I have puchased HTC P3400i Pocket PC cum mobile from this (New Pramod Electronics, 3-3-6, M.Rajeshwara Chambers, R.P Road, Secunderabad) showroom.

The owner of this showroom cheated me by giving wrong information about this Pocket PC.

1.He said that memory is 3GB and expandable upto 2 GB but its just 43.38 MB and expandable upto 2 GB.

2.He further bluffed me that the back up is for 2 days but it's not even 2 hrs... the cell is getting charged off in hrs...

When i complaint him about about this and asked him to replace, he refused to do so.

and when i told him that i would raise complain in CUNSUMER FORUM against him, he said that he is having enough money to resolve such matters.

Please look into this matter seriolsy as people like this sholud be severily punished else, they wiil keep on cheating public like this...
