2 pri under 1 toll free mapping possibility

We have implemented 1 pri in gurgaon office and alreay have another in delhi office on which we are running 1 tollfree no: 18001024200, i want to confirm do airtel have the facility that if my first pri in delhi get down, i can get the gurgaon pri maped with the same toll free no: 18001024200, if yes then in how much minimum time (my expectation is within 4-5 hrs0.

and if no can i connect this 2 pri with the same tollfree but the incoming calls from the toll free would get blocked on gurgaon pri & whenever i informed airtel it would get the incoming calls from the same tollfree on gurgaon pri.(with the help of some router or switch setting).
