New Reliance GSM Connection
Tarrif plan not activated

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchaged a new connection from Reliance GSM connection and my mobile no. is - 9015519730 and as per suggetion of your authorised shopkeepar he charged my connection with Rs.-49, he told me you will get Rs.-5 per day till 90 days but when i didn't get any money from reliance.

and when i contect to customer care (which is a mission to contect) they replied that you have activate this tarriff within 48 hours. but nobody specified it earlier.

and they are notstarting the scheme nor returting the money which they have taken to start the above mentioned scheme.

and regarding the same i am not getting any response from the company representative or customer care.

So pls help me out
