New Reliance Post Paid Connection
Hidden Charges

Dear Sir,

I have subscribed a new postpaid connection Mobile No. 098271-45450 from Jain Enterprises, Shop No.111, Vyavasayik Parisar, Akash Ganga, Supela Bhilai (Chhattishgarh). At the time of enquriy for new connection, they have provided us printed scheme forms of smart Post paid scheme, mentioning various scheme but no were charges for activition were mentioned. After completing the formalties, we have deposited Rs.- as Security Depoist. Today on 13-03, we have received our Mothly bill, in which security deposit is 1750/- and after enquiring the helpline of smart postpaid, they were unable to clearify the same. It is to our astnoishment that company in not mentioning any charges on the scheme/new connections forms. It is requested to look into the matter as our intention is to bring the same to the high level of the samrt mobile and in future no other consumer shall be misguided.
