Pls look into this matter, I am working with TATA CAPITAL LTD. on E-NXT FINANCIAL P LTD rolls. I have submitted all my kyc in Panipat Branch regarding my opening of Salary Account on dt 08.03.2008 and at that time branch authority confirm that my account will got activate in next 4-5 days. But till date its not activated and i am not getting any satisfactory reply. I also confirmed my account no. to HR Team and my deposited Salary chq on dt 13.03.2008 Rs. 8488/- also lying in SUSPENSE ACCOUNT due to non - activation of account.

I am regulary follow up with Panipat Branch and customer care. Here is my complaint number and date:
