Delivery comitment not being honoured

I have on 24th April booked a split ac 1.5 T model AS18NA Samsung with M/s Next at their Kothrud outlet. The delivery of the same was to be on 29.04.08. Now they say they cannot deliver the same as it is out of stock with the company and what they had reserved for me was delivered to someone else. Now they sayI should upgrade to the 1.6 T model and pay a price difference. When they are not in a position to honour their commitment it is they who should pay for it not me.
