No proper response and delivery from next show room anna nagar chennai

I have booked the Refridgerator and home theater. They are assured to deliver the fridge on next 2 days. After 2 days they are not deliver anything, and they are not picking up the fone. Even picked up the fone, no proper response. Even they are having stock for the home theater they are not deliver the things. after 10 days, i have cancelled the both the orders.
